Implementation takes the opportunities your roadmap prioritised and turns them into governed, working workflows, co-built with your own people and measured against a baseline you agreed before anything was built.
You know which workflow to fix first. Your technical people could build it. They are fully booked on client work and nobody has set up the governance, identity and measurement that make an agent safe to run.
We bring the design, the first build and the method. You bring the process owner, a builder with protected time, and the access. By the time the workflow scales, your builder leads and we review.
Three steps for every workflow.
Each workflow on the roadmap moves through the same three steps. The gates between them are fixed. Everything else flexes to your systems and your people.
Design
Confirm the process owner and the measure. Agree the baseline. Design the agent or automation on one page: context it needs, systems it reads and writes, actions it may take alone, actions that need approval, identity and permissions, logging, kill switch, failure modes. Your technical owner reviews and signs off access.
Pilot
Co-build the first working instance with your builder. Test the kill switch. Run it on live work with the approval points in place. Review the log with the process owner. Measure against the baseline over the agreed window.
Scale
Widen scope or volume. Your builder leads changes and we review. Approval points are relaxed only by an explicit, logged decision of yours. Handover: documentation, runbook, access review and a register of any Be Agentic background IP the workflow uses.
What you get.
Per workflow. Named as they appear in the statement of work.
Agreed baseline
The measure, its current value and the target, written down and agreed by the process owner before build.
Agent design canvas
The one-page design your technical owner signed off: actions, approvals, identity, logging, kill switch, failure modes.
Working workflow in production
Running on live work, on the platform that fits your estate, under your identities and in your tenant.
Measured result
The pilot's result against the baseline, with method, sample and dates. No percentage without the numbers behind it.
Runbook and handover pack
What your builder needs to run, change and extend the workflow without us.
Background IP register
Which of our frameworks or components the workflow uses, and the licence that covers your use of them.
How it is priced.
Per work package from your roadmap, as a fixed fee for a defined scope or a fee tied to the measured outcome you agreed at the baseline. Quoted after a first conversation.
Scope changes are a new fixed-fee package, never extra days.
Scope
One workflow per work packageFrom the opportunity register in your roadmap
Fee
Fixed or outcome-basedQuoted on enquiry. No day rates.

Who implementation is for.
The same method, applied to the workflows that cost each kind of business the most.
Agentic AI implementation for MSPs
Service desks, onboarding and reporting run on volume. An agent that triages, enriches and drafts inside your PSA and ITSM tools, with an engineer approving before anything reaches a customer, is where MSPs see capacity return first.
Ticket triage and enrichment with a human approval point before customer contact.
Monthly service reporting assembled from your systems, reviewed by the account manager.
Onboarding runbooks executed step by step, with exceptions routed to a person.
Agentic AI implementation for technical consultancies
Proposals, project administration and knowledge capture eat senior time. Workflows that draft from your own past work, keep the project record current and surface risks early give that time back without changing who decides.
Proposal first drafts from your own prior proposals and the client brief, reviewed by the lead.
Project status, actions and risks kept current from meetings and tickets.
A searchable internal knowledge base that answers from your documents, with sources shown.
Agentic AI implementation for ISVs
Support queues, release notes and customer onboarding scale with customers, not with the team. Agents that work inside your product and support tooling, with your engineers approving changes, keep margin as the customer count grows.
Support triage and first-response drafting from your documentation and ticket history.
Release notes and customer communications drafted from the change log, approved before sending.
Customer onboarding and configuration checks run against your own product APIs.
Questions people ask.
Do we need to have done the assessment first?
Usually, because it produces the baseline and the prioritised register the work starts from. If you already have an equivalent plan, we can start from that after a short review.
What if the pilot does not hit its target?
Then it does not scale until it does, and we say so. That is what the gate is for. You still own the working workflow, the design and the measured result, and we agree together whether to adjust it or stop.
Which platform will you build on?
The one that fits your estate and the clients you serve. We choose per workflow and we do not resell anything. Our deepest experience is in the Microsoft ecosystem, and we say so rather than assume it.
Can our own team build it instead?
Yes, and by the scale step that is the aim. We design and build the first instance with your builder so that the second one is theirs.
