Build capability that stays.

We design and build the first workflow with your team, measure it, and hand it over. Then your people build the next one. Every step has a gate, and a person at the point where it matters.

Start where you are. Go as far as the numbers justify.

Three stages, one vocabulary from the first conversation to handover. Not every business needs all three, and nobody is asked to buy the next one before the current one has proved itself.

Assess

Two to three weeks

You know AI matters and your people are capable. You do not have a clear, costed view of where it would change your own numbers.

Know where AI pays off in your business before you spend on it.

We look at your real processes, systems and constraints, score every candidate workflow on value, feasibility, cost, complexity and risk, and leave you with a prioritised register and a 90-day roadmap. Both are yours, whether or not we work together again. Not every process needs an agent, and the register says which do.

Implement

Per workflow, from the roadmap

You have a plan and no spare hands. The governance, identity and measurement that make an agent safe to run have never been set up.

A governed workflow in production, measured against a baseline you agreed first.

We design and build the first instance with a named builder from your team, under your identities and in your tenant. Baseline agreed before build, access signed off before any agent touches data, a human approval point on every action, and a measured pilot before anything scales. By the scale step your builder leads and we review.

Enable

Monthly, reviewed each quarter

Workflows that worked in the pilot can drift. Models change, tools change, people move on, and nobody has read the log for a month.

The capability grows inside your business, and our share of the work shrinks.

A monthly value review in your numbers, governance and access checks, architecture guidance when the estate changes, and working sessions with your builders on the next workflow. Light by design, and designed to make itself smaller.

People decide where it matters.

Every workflow we build has the same shape, whichever stage it is in. Context goes in, an agent does the defined work, a person decides at the point that matters, the action happens, and the result is measured. Watch it run.

In Assess, the person decides which opportunities are worth pursuing. The output is a plan you own.

Illustrative workflow. The approval point depends on the action and its risk, and relaxing it is always an explicit, logged decision of yours.

Five gates, in order.

Everything else in our method is indicative and flexes to you. These five do not.

  1. Roadmap accepted

The assessment readout is delivered and your sponsor accepts the opportunity register and the 90-day roadmap. Both belong to you whether or not you continue with us.

  2. Baseline agreed

For each workflow, the measure, the current value and the target are written down and agreed by the process owner before any build starts.

  3. Access signed off

The security and access review is complete and signed by your technical owner before any agent touches your data or systems.

  4. Approval points defined

Every action the agent can take has a defined human approval point before it goes live. Relaxing one is an explicit, logged decision of yours, never a default.

  5. Measured before scaled

A pilot has a measured result against the baseline, over the agreed window, before the workflow is scaled or the next one starts.

Our defaults for responsible AI.

Applied to every workflow unless you explicitly decide otherwise, and then the decision is logged.

  • Your data stays in your own tenant and systems. Nothing is copied to our infrastructure.

  • Agents run under their own identities with least-privilege access, never on a person’s credentials.

  • Every agent action is logged and attributable. The log belongs to you.

  • Humans approve anything external-facing, financial or irreversible.

  • Each workflow has a kill switch your process owner can operate without us. It is tested before go-live.

  • When unsure, the agent stops and asks. It does not guess.

  • No client data is used to train or fine-tune models.

  • Platform, model and framework are chosen for you, from your estate and the clients you serve.

You own what we build together.

The workflows, configuration, prompts, integrations and documentation built for you are yours from the first commit, not at the end. We call that foreground IP.

Our frameworks, reference architectures and reusable components exist before and outside your engagement. That background IP stays ours, and you get a licence to use it internally for as long as you like. Where a workflow uses it, the statement of work says so.

Governance stays light. One executive sponsor, one process owner per workflow, one technical owner for access and the estate. A 30-minute weekly check-in. A sponsor review at each gate. No steering committee.
