Start with an assessment. Implement what the plan says is worth it. Keep the capability afterwards. One method in three stages, fixed fee or outcome-based, and no day rates.
What we sell matches how we deliver, so the words in a proposal are the words you hear in the room. Start with the assessment. Implementation and enablement are scoped from your roadmap.
An independent, structured assessment of your AI maturity and the opportunities worth pursuing. Eight areas, seven deliverables, a prioritised 90-day roadmap you own.
Design and build of the AI-enabled workflows, agents, integrations and architecture your roadmap prioritised. Co-built with your team. Baseline agreed before build, access signed off before any agent touches data, measured before anything scales.
Governance, performance monitoring, architecture guidance, optimisation and knowledge transfer on a recurring basis, so the capability grows inside your business rather than with us.
Monthly, fixed fee or outcome-based.
Who we work with.
Technical businesses that already know AI matters and have not had the capacity to make it pay in their own operations.
Agentic AI for managed service providers
You run a service desk, onboard customers and report monthly, all on volume. You sell security and Copilot to customers. Inside, adoption is fragmented and nobody owns it. We find the workflows where governed agents return capacity, and build them with your engineers.
Ticket triage, enrichment and first responses with an engineer approving before customer contact.
Service reporting and onboarding runbooks assembled from your PSA, ITSM and monitoring tools.
Governance that matches what your customers' contracts and audits require.
Agentic AI for technical consultancies and IT service providers
Your senior people spend their days on proposals, project administration and documentation. You talk to clients about AI while your own operations run by hand. We start with the workflows that cost you margin, and give you an internal example you can stand behind.
Proposal drafts from your own prior work and the client brief, reviewed by the lead.
Project records, status and risks kept current from meetings and tickets.
A measured, documented internal workflow you can describe to your own clients.
Agentic AI for independent software vendors
Support, onboarding and release communications scale with customers, not with the team. Your engineers could build agents but are building the product. We bring the method and the governance, and build the first workflow alongside them.
Support triage and drafting from your documentation and ticket history, with an engineer approving.
Release notes and customer communications drafted from the change log.
Onboarding and configuration checks run against your own product APIs.
Get a plan you can act on.
The assessment is built to lead to decisions, not a report that sits in a drawer.
Understand the starting point
Business objectives, current AI usage, systems, security posture and constraints.
Choose worthwhile opportunities
A prioritised opportunity register with the basis for each recommendation.
Define the controls
Data access, human oversight, audit and architecture suited to your organisation.
Plan the next 90 days
Work packages, indicative costs, dependencies and ownership for implementation.
Deliverable names match the statement of work exactly. Scope is tailored to your business.
How we price.
We do not sell time. Every engagement is a fixed fee for a defined scope, or priced against a measured outcome you agree up front.
Every fee is quoted after a first conversation, because scope depends on your business. Outcome-based pricing uses the benefits and measurement framework from the assessment. No agreed baseline, no outcome-based fee.

Keep the recommendations.
Use the findings with your own team or discuss implementation with us. The assessment stands on its own, and the opportunity register and roadmap are yours from the moment you accept them.
Questions people ask.
Do we have to buy implementation from you afterwards?
No. You own the recommendations and can implement them independently. The assessment is designed to lead into implementation and ongoing enablement if you want that, but it stands on its own.
Why is there no day rate?
Because a day rate rewards time spent, not results. A fixed fee for a defined scope, or a fee tied to a measured outcome, keeps us honest and keeps your spend predictable.
What if our processes are not documented?
That is common and it is part of what the assessment finds. Low process clarity usually means the first 90 days include fixing that before any agent is built. We will tell you so plainly.
Bring us a business problem.
Tell us where work gets stuck and what you would like to change. We can start there.
