Keep the capability inside your business.

Enablement is what happens after the first workflows are live. A monthly rhythm that keeps them measured and governed, grows your own team's ability to build the next one, and finds the next opportunity before it is obvious.

For businesses that now run on AI, and intend to keep it that way.

A workflow that worked in its pilot can drift. Models change, tools change, the people who built it move on, and nobody has looked at the log for a month. Enablement is the discipline that stops that, without making you dependent on us.

It is deliberately light. One review a month with your sponsor, the checks that keep governance honest, guidance when the estate or the tools change, and time spent with your builders so that they take on more of the work each quarter.

What enablement covers.

Recurring, with the balance set to what your business needs that quarter.

  • Monthly value review

Each live workflow against its benefits and measurement framework. What moved, what did not, and what to do about it. Reported in your numbers, not ours.

  • Governance and access reviews

Who and what can do what. Agent identities, permissions, logs and approval points checked and tightened, with every relaxation recorded as your decision.

  • Architecture guidance

When models, platforms or your own systems change, what it means for your workflows and what to do before it bites.

  • Optimisation

The small changes that compound: prompts, context, approval thresholds, measurement windows. Made by your builder where possible, with us reviewing.

  • Knowledge transfer

Working sessions with your builders on the next workflow, so that our share of the work shrinks every quarter by design.

  • Scouting the next opportunity

The opportunity register kept live. Candidates re-scored as your business changes, so the next work package is ready when you are.

What you get each month.

  • Monthly value report

Every live workflow against its baseline and target, with the method and sample behind each number.

  • Updated opportunity register

Candidates re-scored on value, feasibility, cost, complexity and risk as the business changes.

  • Governance findings

What was checked, what was changed, and any decision of yours that relaxed a control.

  • Recommendations

What to build, change or stop next quarter, and why.

How it is priced.

Who enablement is for.

Any business with AI-enabled workflows in production and a technical team that should own them.

Ongoing AI enablement for MSPs

Service workflows touch customer data every day, and customer contracts change. Enablement keeps the approval points, identities and logs matched to what your customers have agreed to, and keeps the service desk improvements compounding.

  • Governance reviews aligned to customer contractual obligations and audits.
  • Value reported in utilisation, ticket handling time and margin per contract.
  • Your engineers building the next service workflow with us reviewing.

Ongoing AI enablement for technical consultancies

Consultancies sell AI capability. Enablement is what lets you show your own, honestly: measured workflows inside your business, a governance record you can describe to a client, and a team that builds its own.

  • A documented internal example you can use in your own sales conversations, with the numbers behind it.
  • Proposal, delivery and knowledge workflows tuned as the practice changes.
  • Working sessions that turn consultants into builders of their own tooling.

Ongoing AI enablement for ISVs

Product and support workflows change with every release. Enablement keeps the agents that work inside your product and support tooling aligned to the current version, and keeps the margin gains from scaling support without scaling the team.

  • Workflows re-checked against each release and each change to your APIs.
  • Support and onboarding metrics reviewed monthly against their baselines.
  • Your engineering team extending the agents under the governance already in place.

Questions people ask.

Is this a retainer for extra days?

No. There are no days to draw down. It is an agreed scope of reviews, checks and working sessions each month, for a fixed fee or a fee tied to measured value.

Can we stop?

Yes, at the quarterly review. Everything built is yours, the documentation is yours, and the licence to any of our background IP continues for your internal use.

What if we want to do all of this ourselves?

Good. That is the direction enablement is designed to go. Most businesses keep the monthly value review and the governance check and take the rest in-house within a few quarters.

Do you need access to our systems between reviews?

Only what the agreed checks need, under identities you control, with everything logged. We do not hold standing access beyond that.

Bring us a business problem.

Tell us where work gets stuck and what you would like to change. We can start there.
