Agentic AI for managed service providers.

Be Agentic is a UK AI consultancy for managed service providers with 20 to 100 people. We find the service desk, onboarding and reporting workflows where governed agents give engineers their time back, build the first one with your team, and leave you running it.

You sell Copilot and security. Inside, AI is a dozen unowned experiments.

An MSP runs on volume: tickets, onboardings, patch cycles, monthly reports, renewals. Every one of them scales by hiring engineers. Meanwhile your customers ask you about AI, your engineers use it quietly, and nobody owns the result.

An AI readiness assessment for an MSP starts with the queues, not the technology. We walk the service desk, onboarding and reporting processes with the people who run them, baseline each one, and score where a governed agent would return capacity without putting a customer relationship at risk.

Then we build the first workflow with your engineers, inside your tenant, with an engineer approving before anything reaches a customer. Your PSA, RMM and ITSM tools stay. What changes is how much of the work needs a person to do it by hand.

Where agentic AI pays off in an MSP.

Four places we look first. Which comes first in your business is what the assessment decides.

  • Service desk triage and first response

Tickets categorised, enriched from service history and monitoring, and a first response drafted. An engineer approves before the customer sees anything. Escalations and priorities follow your rules, logged.

  • Customer onboarding

Runbooks assembled from the contract, the PSA record and your standards. Checks run against the customer's estate. The onboarding lead signs off each stage.

  • Service reporting

Monthly and quarterly reports drafted from ticket, monitoring and project data in the words your account managers use. Reviewed, not written from scratch.

  • Quoting and renewals

Quotes and renewal packs prepared from the PSA and your price book, with the commercial owner deciding what goes out.

Three stages, one vocabulary.

The same route for every MSP we work with. Only the first stage is a packaged, fixed-fee offer.

  1. Assess

Two to three weeks inside your service desk, onboarding and reporting processes. Every opportunity scored on value, feasibility, cost, complexity and risk. Ends with a 90-day plan you own.

    Fixed fee. Quoted on enquiry.

  2. Implement

The first workflow designed, piloted on live tickets and measured against the baseline, co-built with one of your engineers. Access signed off by your technical owner.

    Scoped per roadmap.

  3. Enable

Monthly value reviews, governance and access checks, and knowledge transfer so your engineers build the next workflow without us.

    Recurring.

What your customers' contracts need from this.

Your customers trust you with their estates. Agentic AI inside an MSP has to hold that trust, so the governance is standard, not optional.

  • Data stays in your tenant.

Agents read and write through your own identities and permissions. Nothing leaves the boundary your contracts already describe.

  • A person approves before customer contact.

Every action that reaches a customer, their systems or their data has a named human approval point until you decide, explicitly and in writing, to relax it.

  • Every action is logged, and the log is yours.

What the agent read, what it proposed, who approved it and what happened. Ready for your own audits and your customers' questions.

Questions MSPs ask us.

Which MSP processes suit agentic AI first?

Usually the ones with volume, structure and a clear owner: service desk triage and first response, customer onboarding, service reporting and renewal preparation. The assessment scores each against your own baseline rather than assuming.

We resell Microsoft Copilot. Is this the same thing?

No. Copilot is an assistant a person uses. We build governed workflows in which an agent does defined work and a person approves at the points that matter. Copilot can be one of the tools inside that, if it suits you.

Do you need access to our PSA, RMM and ITSM tools?

During the assessment we need the people who run them and read access to a sample of the data. Nothing is built without your technical owner signing off the access model first.

Is this AI training for MSP staff?

No. We do transfer knowledge as we build, so your engineers can run and extend what we create. If what you need is awareness training, we are not the right fit and will say so.

What does an AI readiness assessment for an MSP cost?

A fixed fee for a defined scope, quoted after a first conversation. Two to three weeks. No day rates. If a baseline can be agreed, parts of implementation can be priced on the measured outcome instead.

Bring us one queue.

Tell us which queue, report or onboarding step costs your engineers the most time. We can usually say in one conversation whether a governed agent would help.

We read every enquiry ourselves and reply personally. The first conversation is about your business, not a pitch.
