Agentic AI for technical consultancies.

Be Agentic is a UK AI consultancy for technical consultancies and IT service providers with 20 to 100 people. We find the proposal, project and documentation workflows that cost your senior people their days, build the first governed agent with your team, and give you an internal example you can show clients.

You advise clients on AI. Your own proposals are still written at midnight.

A consultancy sells its people's judgement, and then spends their days on proposals, project administration, status reporting and documentation. Growth means hiring more of the same people. Clients ask what you are doing with AI yourselves, and the honest answer is: experimenting.

We run one. Be Agentic was created by people who run the same kind of business, who proved the system in their own operations first and know how sales, resourcing, delivery, support, utilisation and billing interact. That is where we start: the workflows that cost margin, not the technology that is fashionable.

The assessment baselines those workflows with the people who run them and scores where a governed agent would pay off. Implementation builds the first one with your own consultants, measured against that baseline, with a lead approving anything that reaches a client.

Where agentic AI pays off in a consultancy.

Four places we look first. The assessment decides which comes first in your business.

  • Proposals and bids

First drafts assembled from the client brief and your own prior work, in your voice, with pricing left to the commercial owner. The lead reviews and edits rather than starting from a blank page.

  • Project administration

Status, risks, actions and decisions kept current from meetings, tickets and messages. The project manager confirms what goes to the client.

  • Documentation and handover

Design notes, runbooks and handover packs drafted as the work happens, from the artefacts your consultants already produce. Reviewed by the engineer who did the work.

  • Resourcing and utilisation

Questions about capacity, utilisation and upcoming demand answered from your PSA and pipeline, with the operations lead making the call.

Three stages, one vocabulary.

The same route for every consultancy we work with. Only the first stage is a packaged, fixed-fee offer.

  1. Assess

Two to three weeks inside your sales, delivery and operations processes. Every opportunity scored on value, feasibility, cost, complexity and risk. Ends with a 90-day plan you own.

    Fixed fee. Quoted on enquiry.

  2. Implement

The first workflow designed, piloted on live work and measured against the baseline, co-built with one of your consultants. Access signed off by your technical owner.

    Scoped per roadmap.

  3. Enable

Monthly value reviews, governance checks and knowledge transfer so your people build the next workflow without us.

    Recurring.

An internal example you can stand behind.

Consultancies that sell AI capability need to be able to describe one workflow of their own that runs differently because of it. That is what the first engagement produces.

  • A measured workflow, not a demo.

A baseline agreed before build, a pilot on live work, and a result you can quote to a client because you measured it.

  • Governance you can describe.

Who approves what, where the data lives, what is logged. The same questions your clients will ask you, answered in your own operation first.

  • Capability that stays.

Your consultants co-build it and own it. Foreground IP is yours. Any Be Agentic background IP is registered at handover and licensed to you.

Questions consultancies ask us.

Why pay an AI consultancy to do what our own consultants could do?

They probably could. The gap is rarely skill; it is time, direction and a repeatable, governed approach. The assessment gives your team the architecture, the governance model and a prioritised plan, and you own all of it.

Does this only work for Microsoft shops?

No. Our experience is deepest in the Microsoft enterprise ecosystem, which many consultancies run on, but no platform is a requirement. We choose the framework that suits your organisation and the clients you serve.

How much of our senior people's time does it take?

Real time, stated up front. The assessment needs the people who run the processes we are looking at for short, scheduled sessions. Implementation needs one process owner and one builder with protected time.

Can we use what you build as a service for our own clients?

You can describe it, show it and sell the capability. We build internal workflows, not products for resale. If you want a product built, a development agency is the better fit.

What does an AI readiness assessment cost for a consultancy?

A fixed fee for a defined scope, quoted after a first conversation. Two to three weeks. No day rates. Implementation work packages are fixed fee or priced on a measured outcome.

Bring us the workflow that eats senior time.

Proposals, project reporting, documentation: tell us which one costs the most, and we will say whether a governed agent would help.

We read every enquiry ourselves and reply personally. The first conversation is about your business, not a pitch.
